BNY Mellon Bolsters Manhattan Wealth Team

BNY Mellon has bolstered its wealth management business with the addition of Kris Carney as a senior portfolio manager and Angela Domzal as sales director for Manhattan, NY. In other recent developments, BNY Mellon’s wealth management business boosted its ultra high net worth family team with a new promotion last month. Gregory Simpson will join as a family wealth advisor as part of a team working with UHNW families and family offices, effective 1 March. Additionally, the firm appointed Timothy Barker as a family wealth advisor based in New York earlier in January.
Carney, a 20-year financial services veteran, joins BNY Mellon from Dillon Trust Company, the firm said. He previously worked at Deutsche Bank and has experience in equity, fixed income, hedge funds and private equity investment.
Meanwhile, Domzal, a 25-year sales veteran, joins BNY Mellon from Wells Fargo where she was a senior relationship manager focused on institutions and not-for-profit segments.
Carney will report to team leader James Roberston while Domzal will report to Tom Hurlbrink, managing director of sales for the Tri-State region.
